ONLINE DIARY

Appointments will operate from 11:15am until 5:15pm on Tuesday 11 September and 11:15am until 4:45pm on Wednesday 12 September.

The process of making One 2 One Appointments is made up of two stages:

1. Pre-Scheduled Appointments (PSA)
VIP Buyers and Suppliers can view each other's Profiles in their respective secure zones.

You are invited to select the VIP Buyers or Suppliers you would most like to meet. This selection will make up your Appointment Preference List, which can include up to 30
names.

From this list, up to 17 appointments will be arranged on your behalf.

2. Online Diary
Pre-Scheduled Appointments may not populate your entire diary. At a later date you will be granted access to your Online Diary to make further appointments on a request basis.
